Cooking Masterclass With Chef Bryant
Location: Yubrenta, Cades Bay, St. Thomas Parish
Join celebrated Chef Bryant Terry for a hands-on Masterclass using the Nevisian mango! You’ll cook at your own station, equipped with all the kitchen tools and ingredients you’ll need to create a plant or meat-based recipe. Pick up new techniques and enjoy the delicious results of your creativity.
About Chef Bryant Terry
Chef Bryant is a James Beard Award-winning chef, educator, and author of five acclaimed cookbooks. One of his most notable works, Vegetable Kingdom, was named one of Food & Wine Magazine’s best cookbooks of all time in 2024. He is widely recognized for his advocacy in promoting a healthy, just, and sustainable food system, blending exceptional culinary skills with cultural storytelling and social impact. The Nevis Mango Festival is honored to welcome him as our 2025 headline chef!.
